WHEREAS, Audubon Acres, Inc., a Florida corporation, has
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, approve for record a plat known as "AUDUBON
ACRES", a Subdivision of a portion of Government Lots 1, 2 & 4 in
Section 10, Township 66 South, Range 29 East, Big Pine Key,

~ WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
~ and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "AUDUBON ACRES", a
Subdivision of a portion of Government Lots 1, 2 & 4 in Section
10, Township 66 South, Range 29 East, Big Pine Key, Monroe
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby approved !0~rec8td,
and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby ~~iori~d to
