RESOLUTION NO. 270 -1985
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE ADDEN-
DUM NO. 2 BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND
ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CONTROL SERVICES,
SAID ADDENDUM PROVIDING FOR A $50.00 PER TON
FEE FOR ANY AND ALL SANITARY HOSPITAL WASTE
DELIVERED TO THE INCINERATOR SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, FLorida, is hereby authorized to
execute Addendum No. 2 by and between the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Environmental Pollution
Control Services, a copy of same being attached hereto, providing
for a $50.00 per ton fee for any and all sanitary hospital waste
delivered to the incinerator site.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the~ay of September, A.D. 1985.

ADDENDUM NO. 2
WHEREAS, the parties entered that certain contract and
addendum to said contract, both being dated the 17th day of
November, A.D. .1981, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMl'lIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part, and
ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CONTROL SERVICES, party of the second
part, and they do hereby agree to this addendum thereto,
now,
WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of mutual covenants and
agreements by the parties hereto, said Contract is. amended as
follows:
1. That the party of the second part shall pay to the
party of the first part the sum of $50.00 per ton for any and all
sanitary hospital waste delivered to said incinerator site, the
same to be billed as per delivery ticket in the customary and
usual practices of businesses of this sort.
2. That in all other regards the contract and addendum to
said contract entered into on' the 17th day of November, A. D.
1981, remains in
