RESOLUTION NO. 278 -1985
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of Municipal Service Tax
District No.2, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
200.0654(d), Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Budget
Hearing on September 30, 1985 at 5:00 P.M. at the Plantation Key
Government Center, Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida, to
adopt a Final Budget for Fiscal Year 1985-86, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICIPAL
SERVICE TAX DISTRICT NO.2, that the Final Budget for Fiscal Year
1985-86, as shown in Attached A in the amount of $414,851.00 be
adopted as the Final Budget of Municipal Service Tax District No.
2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a Public Budget Hearing of said Board
held on the 30th day of September, A.D. 1985.
