RESOLUTION NO. 295 -1985
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE THAT
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE WINDLEY KEY LIMITED
PROPERTY AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN CONDITIONS
IN SAID APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources of the State of
Florida have indicated that they have entered into an agreement
with the owners of the Windley Key Limited property for the
purchase thereof through the CARL program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Mayor and County Commis-
sion of Monroe County, Florida, lend their approval to said
understanding; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNTY COMMISSION OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Mayor and County Commission of Monroe County,
Florida, do hereby approve the acquisition of this property by
the State.
2. That the maj or development approval for said property
