RESOLUTION NO. 001 -1984
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA," TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BY AND B-ETWEEN HARRY F . KNIGHT ,
TAX COLLECTOR OF MONROE COUNTY, AND THE COUNTY COM-
1'4ISSION OF MONROE, AS THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT . ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
That the 'Mayo,r and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement by and between Harry F. Knight, Tax
Collector of Monroe County, and the County Commission of Monroe,
as the Municipal Service District , a copy of same being attached
hereto, for the purpose of requesting the Tax Collector',s 'office
to bill and collect special assessments and fees assessed by
Monroe County for said District .
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held .
on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1984.
