RESOLUTION NAMING UNNAMED LAKE IN SOMBRERO PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has been requested by property owners owning property in
Sombrero Properties subdivision, on Boot Key, Monroe County,
Florida, and recorded in Plat Book 5, page 101 of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida, to name an unnamed lake in
said subdivision Sombrero Lagoon, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
,
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unnamed lake located in Sombrero
Properties subdivision between Parcels 6-B, 7, 8, 9 and 13 on
Boot Key, Monroe County, Florida, and recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 101, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby
named Sombrero Lagoon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board is hereby instructed to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Monroe County Property Appraiser.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 13th day of January
