RESOLUTION NAMING UNNAMED STREET IN
CAHILL PINES AND PALMS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has been requested by a property owner owning property
in Cahill Pines and Palms Subdivision on Big Pine Key, Monroe
County, Florida and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 24, of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, to name an unnamed
street in said subdivision "Horvath Road", now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unnamed street in Cahill Pines
and Palms Subdivision bounding Block 8, Lot 27 in the said
subdivision on Big Pine Key as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 24
of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby named
"Horvath Road".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board is hereby instructed to forward certified copies of this
resolution to the Monroe County Property Appraiser and the U. S.
Postmaster of Big Pine Key, Monroe County, Florida.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 13th day of January, A.D. 1984.
