RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 136-1984 ADOPTED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ON MAY 4, 1984, FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING A
PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 1984,
CONCERNING THE ABANDONMENT OF KEY HAVEN ROAD.
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution No. 136-1984 on May 4,
1984, for the purpose of holding a public hearing at 5:00 P.M. on
Friday, June 1, 1984, concerning the abandonment of Key Haven
Road, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 136-1984, as the Petitioner, Arthur B. Lujan, by and through
his attorney, has requested, in writing, to withdraw said Peti-
tion until further notice, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 13~-1984 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 18th day of May, A. D. 1984.
