RESOLUTION NO. 167 -1984
A RESOLUTION REMANDING THE REQUEST OF
MR. FRED SNOWMAN BACK TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT FOR RECONSIDERATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a hearing on
June 1, 1984, to consider the request of Mr. Fred Snowman to
reverse the decision of the Board of Adjustment denying him the
right to construct a restaurant on a pier on the following
property:
Lots 11 and 12, of Teatable Park as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 44, and located in
Section 6, Township 64 South, Range 37 East.
Upper Matecumbe Key. Zoned BU-2.
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board of County Commissioners
remanded the request of Mr. Fred Snowman back to the Board of
Adjustment for reconsideration, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the request of Mr. Fred Snowman to reverse the
decision of the Board of Adjustment denying him the right to
construct a restaurant on a pier is hereby remanded back to the
Board of Adjustment for reconsideration.
2. That the Clerk is hereby directed to make available to
the Field Representative of the Department of Community Affairs a
certified copy of this resolution by certified mail to said Field
Representative, Post Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041,
return receipt requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
