RESOLUTION NO. 173 -1984
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 152-1974.
WHEREAS, the County Commission of Monroe County, Florida,
did pass Resolution No. 152-1974 on December 10, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Commission does desire to rescind
said resolution, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 152-1974 be and the
same is hereby rescinded as is provided in Florida Statute
367.171.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of June, A.D. 1984.
