RESOLUTION NO. 175 -1984
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 152-1984 ADOPTED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ON MAY 18, 1984, FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING
A PUBLIC HEARING AT 10:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 1984,
CONCERNING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON DRIFTWOOD DRIVE, KEY
HAVEN, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution 152-1984 on May 18, 1984,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday,
June 1, 1984, concerning a drainage easement on Driftwood Drive, Key
Haven, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 152-1984 as it has become necessary to reschedule said public
hearing for Friday, July 13, 1984, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~lliISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That Resolution No. 152-1984 of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida is hereby rescinded.
Passed and Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 29th day of June, A.D. 1984.
