RESOLUTION NO. 261-1984
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of Municipal Service Tax District No.
2, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0654(c) Florida Statutes, did
conduct a public hearing on September 11, 1984, at 5:00 P.M. in the Monroe
County, Courtroom B, Key West, Florida, to amend and adopt a tentative
budget for Fiscal Year 1984-85 now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF Governors of Municipal Service Tax
Districts No.2, the recommended tentative budget in the amount of
$249,943.00 be adopted as the tentative budget of Municipal Service Tax
District No.2, for Fiscal Year 1984-1985.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Governors of Municipal Service Tax
District No.2 at a meeting of said Board held on the 11th day of September,
A.D. 1984.
