RESOLUTION NO. 271 -1984
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RONALD J. STACK AS INDI-
VIDUAL AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR VIOLA-
TIONS OF COUNTY ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, by the terms of House Bill 3557 enacted into law in
the 1976 Legislative Session, and codified as Chapter 76-435,
Laws of Florida, any Monroe County Building and Zoning
Enforcement Official designated by resolution of the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, may issue
citations for violations of any Monroe County Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the following person
is qualified by reason of training and experience to issue said
citations for violations, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Ronald J. Stack, a Monroe County Building and
Zoning Enforcement Official (Violations Inspector) shall be and
is hereby authorized to issue citations for violations of any
Monroe County Ordinance in accordance with the requirements of
law.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward certified copies of this Resolution to the members of the
Judiciary, 16th Judicial Circuit, the Honorable Kirk Zuelch,
State Attorney, the Monroe County Building and Zoning Depart-
ments, and the County Attorney.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21st day of September, A.D. 1984.
