RESOLUTION NO. 288-1984
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
200.0654(d), Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Budget Hearing
September 21, 1984 at 5:00 P.M. in the Marathon Sub-Courthouse,
Marathon, Florida, to adopt a Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year
1984-85 for each Municipal Service Taxing District Fund, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following millage rates be
separately adopted as the Final Millage Rates for each Municipal
Service Taxing District for the Fiscal Year 1984-85 and are
hereby adopted as follows:
Municipal Service District (Waste) .0969 Mills
Municipal Service District #IA .7404
Municipal Service District #IB 1. 4016
Municipal Service District #IC .4731
Municipal Service District #1 .7834
Municipal Service District #3 .9340

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby directed to forward a certified
copy of this Resolution to the County Property Appraiser.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a Public Budget Hearing of said
Board held on the 21st day of September, A.D., 1984.
