RESOLUTION NO. 321-1984
RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WITHOUT PREJUDICE, AND DENYING THE REQUEST OF
TIM O. YEIDER AND DAN A. YEIDER TO REVERSE
THE DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE
COUNTY FLORIDA, DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONING
FROM RU-l TO BU-2-Q.
WHEREAS, on May 29, 1984, the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida denied the request for a change of zoning from RU-l to
BU-2-Q on the following described property:
A part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 66
South, Range 32 East, Key Vaca, Monroe County, Florida.
WHEREAS, Tim O. Yeider and Dan A. Yeider has duly appealed
said decision to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board
having reviewed the transcript of the May 29, 1984 hearing,
having considered the argument of all parties present wishing to
speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as
follows:
1. That the May 29, 1984, decision of the Zoning Board of
Monroe County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby upheld.
2. That said Tim O. Yeider and Dan A. Yeider be, and they
are hereby denied a reversal of the decision of the Zoning Board
of Monroe County, Florida, denying the request of Tim O. Yeider
and Dan A. Yeider for a change of zoning from RU-l to BU-2-Q on
the above-described property.
3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to make available to
the Field Representative of the Department of Community Affairs a
certified copy of this resolution by certified mail to said Field
Representative, Post Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041,
return receipt requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of November
