RESOLUTION SETTING DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PU~LIC
HEARING FOR PROPOSED A~ANDONMENT OF THE WESTERLY
PORTION OF SUNSET ~OULEVARD IN SNUG HAR~OR ADDI-
TION NO. 1 SU~DIVISION LOCATED ON SUMMERLAND KEY,
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the ~oard of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County
and the public in and to the hereinafter described streets,
alley-ways, roads or highways, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is neces-
sary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said
hearing in accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE ~OARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 14,
1984, at the Marathon Subcourthouse, Marathon, Monroe County,
Florida, said ~oard will hold a public hearing to determine
whether or not said ~oard will renounce and disclaim any right of
the County and the public in and to the following described
streets, alley-ways, roads or highways:
The area of block 4, of Snug Harbor Addition
No.1, Plat ~ook 4 at page 155 further
described as all of block 4 and that area of
Sunset ~oulevard coincident with the said
block 4 consisting of 9,606 square feet.
~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~Y SAID ~OARD that the Clerk of said
~oard be, and he is hereby authorized to publish notice of said
meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida
Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~oard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said ~oard held
on the 16th day of November, A.D. 1984.
