RESOLUTION NO. 372 -1984
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Road &
Eridge Fund, Cash carry-over - Eden Pine, of the Monroe County
Eudget for the year 1984-85 to account for unanticipated funds
received from the carry-over balance from fiscal year 1983-84,
now, therefore,
EE IT RESOLVED EY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Road & Eridge Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $7,309.31 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Road & Eridge Fund of the Monroe County Eudget for
the year 1984-85, an item to be known as Item #102-
000000-389003-0 - balance forward, Eden Pine, which
said item shall contain the sum of $7,309.31.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Eudget for the year 1984-85:
Item #102-094100-541640-0
Capital Outlay
$7,309.31
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED EY SAID EOARD that the Clerk of said
Eoard be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Eoard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Eoard held
on the 14th day of December, A.D. 1984.
