RESOLUTION NO. 1R - 1981
RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 317-1981 AND
PROVIDING FOR RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS FROM
OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously passed Resolution No. 317-1981 which said Board
does now desire to repeal, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1981-82 to
agencies, now, therefore,
account for unanticipated funds received from other governmental
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 317-1981-82 is hereby repealed.
2. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1981-82, be, and the same 1S hereby increased by the
sum of $33,880.90 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1981-82, an item to be known as Item #331.695, Homemaker III-B,
which said item shall contain the sum of $33,880.90.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" 1n the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1981-82.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 12th
day of January, A.D. 1982.
