RESOLUTION NO. 265 -1983
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Cross
Key Waterway Special Road District of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1982 -83 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Cross Key Waterway Special Road District, now, threfore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Cross Key Waterway Special Road District of
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982 -83, be, and the same
is hereby increased by the sum of $200,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Cross
Key Waterway Special Road District of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1982 -83, an item to be
known as Item #384.000 Tax Anticipation Warrant,
which said item shall contain the sum of
$200,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Cross Key Waterway Special
Road District of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1982 -83.
Item #713- 400000 - 541630 -0 Construction $ 170,000.00
Item #713- 400000 - 541631 -0 Engineer $ 30,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticpated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 30th day of September, A.D. 1983.
