RESOLUTION NO. 283 -1983
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EDWARD L. STICKNEY TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS WITH THE U. S. MARSHAL'S OFFICE IN HIS
CAPACITY AS PROJECT DIRECTOR AND AGENT FOR MONROE
COUNTY .
WHEREAS, Edward L. Stickney has executed certain documents
with the United States Marshal's Office, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent and desire of the Mayor and County
Commission of Monroe County, Florida, to designate the aforesaid
Edward L. Stickney officially as a Project Director and agent for
Monroe County in this regard, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Edward L. Stickney be, and he is hereby designated
as a Project Director and an agent for Monroe County in respect
to various and sundry matters wherein signatures and executions
are required with the United States Marshal's Office.
2. That this designation of the aforesaid Edward L.
Stickney as a Project Director and agent for Monroe County be and
the same is hereby retroactive in regard to any documents that
have been signed by him on behalf of the County with the United
States Marshal's Office heretofore.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the ~ day of October, A.D. 1983.
