RESOLUTION NO. 297 -1983
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIGNATURES FOR
THE GROUP INSURANCE OF MONROE COUNTY, OF
EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRM OF GALLAGHER BASSETT.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Mayor and County
Commission that with the new self-insurance group plan for Monroe
County, that it will be required that signatures of employees of
Gallagher Bassett will be needed at times on checks from the afore-
said self insurance account.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and County Commis-
sion of Monroe County, Florida, that as per Florida Statute Chapter
136, that Earl L. Warner and Jane S. LeRoy, of the firm of Gallagher
Bassett be, and they are hereby empowered to execute checks on that
certain account, known as the Monroe County Self Insurance Account
(group insurance).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the l'!kl day of Q)~, A.D. 1983.
