RESOLUTION NO. 301_1983
RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND APPROVING THE REQUEST
OF LEE HANKE TO REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA
DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM GU TO BU-lL
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on
September 30, 1982, denied a change of zoning from GU to BU-lL on
the following described property:
Tract "TW" of the unrecorded plat of Pine Key Acres,
Section One, as located in Section 23, Township 66
South, Range 29 East. Big Pine Key.
WHEREAS, Lee Hanke has duly appealed said decision to the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting
as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the
transcript of the September 30, 1982 hearing, having considered
the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the
matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as
follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, on September 30, 1982, denying a change of zoning from
GU to BU-lL as requested by Lee Hanke be, and the same is hereby
reversed.
2. That the said Lee Hanke be, and he is hereby granted a
reversal of the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, denying a change of zoning from GU to BU-lL on the above
described property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of November
