RESOLUTION NO. 302 -1983
RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND DENYING THE REQUEST OF
FRED A LOSLEY TO REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA
DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM RU-3 TO BU-2T
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on
December 15 1982, denied a change of zoning from RU-3 to BU-2T on
the following described property:
Lots 1 and through 25 inclusive, Blue Waters
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 151 and
located in Section 35, Township 67 South, Range 25
East. Stock Island.
WHEREAS, Fred A. Losley has duly appealed said decision to
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed
the transcript of the December 15, 1982 hearing, having
considered the argument of all parties present wishing to speak
on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as
follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, on December 15, 1982, denying a change of zoning from
RU-3 to BU-2T as requested by Fred A. Losely be, and the same is
hereby upheld.
2. That the said Fred A. Losley be, and he is hereby denied
a reversal of the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, denying a change of zoning from RU-3 to BU-2T on the
above described property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of November
