RESOLUTION NO, 161 -1983
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 069A-1983.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution No. 069A-1983 on March 18,
1983, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to amend said resolution, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, That Resolution No. 069A-1983 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 226-1982, the Board
of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
authorized the borrowing of the sum of $14,000.00 from
BOULEVARD BANK, and pledged the taxes to be levied for
1983 for the benefit of the said District, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Monroe County Tax Collec-
tor is hereby authorized and directed to pay all 1983
taxes received and disbursed by said Tax Collector for
and in behalf of the MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING OR BENEFIT
DISTRICT NO. 4-A & 4-B and BOULEVARD BANK, jointly,
either by check, voucher or otherwise, until notified
by the bank that the debt has been satisfied."
2. That in all other respects Resolution No. 069A-1983 shall
remain in full force and effect.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 27th day of May, A.D. 1983.
