RESOLUTION NO. 203 -1983 .
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACT-
ING AS THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICIPAL . SERVICE
TAXING DISTRICT NO. 6 TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN MUNICIPAL. SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT NO.
6 AND THE KEY LARGO .VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE CORPS, INC.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF LEASING AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACTING AS THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICIPAL SERVICE
TAXING DISTRICT NO. 6 as follows :
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, acting as the Board of Governors . .
of Municipal Service Taxing District No. 6 is hereby authorized to
execute a Lease Agreement by and between Municipal Service Taxing
District No. 6 and the Key Largo Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Inc. ,
a copy of same being attached hereto, for the purpose of leasing an
emergency vehicle.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 22nd day of July , A.D. 1983.

LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS -LEASE , is made and entered into on the 22ndday of
July 1983 , by and between MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING
DISTRICT NO. 6, hereinafter referred to as "District" , and the
KEY LARGO VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE CORPS, INC . , a non-profit Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Corps" ,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "Corps" owns an emergency vehicle described as
one (1) 1974 Chevrolet Type Ambulance, Vehicle I.D. No.
CCZ334A112608, which it desires to lease to the "District" , and
WHEREAS, the "District" is in dire need of such an emergency
vehicle to service the residents residing in District No. 6,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
and agreements herein contained, and other valuable considerations ,
the "Corps" does hereby lease unto the "District" , and the "District"
does hereby lease from the "Corps" that certain emergency vehicle
hereinabove described under the following terms and conditions :
1. The "Corps" does hereby lease to the "District" one (1)
1974 Chevrolet Type Ambulance, Vehicle I.D. No. CCZ334A112608 .
This ambulance will be stationed and used within the "District"
by the "Corps" to provide ambulance services within said "District" .
2. This lease shall be for a term a three (3) years beginning
on the 1st day of June , 1983 and ending on the
31st day of May , 198 6
3. During the term of this lease, the "District" shall pay
to the "Corps" the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) per year.
4. The "District" hereby agrees to pay for all costs , charges ,
or expenditures necessary or incidental for the operation and
maintenance of the leased ambulance during the term of this lease.
5. The "District" shall provide the same type and limits
of insurance coverage on this ambulance as is currently provided
on all other County/District owned ambulances.

6. This lease may be cancelled by either party giving written
notice unto the other party of its intention to cancel said lease
ninety (90) days prior to said cancellation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF-, the parties hereto have caused this lease
to. be exectued as of the day and year above written.
