RESOLUTION NO. 211 -1983
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS , it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982- 83 to
account for unanticipated funds received from other governmental
agencies , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
1 . That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982- 83, be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $70 , 842 . 00 as follows :
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982- 83 , items to be known as Item #2402-331. 410- 04404
FAA AIP MO1 , $67 , 114 . 00 , and Item #2402-334. 400- 04404
DOT AIP MO1 , $3 ,728 . 00 , which said items shall contain
the sum of $70 , 842 . 00 .
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Ex-
penditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1982- 83.

Item #2402-542-62 . 2- 04404 Preliminary Exp. 882 . 00
Item #2402-542-62 . 3- 04404 Basic A & E 6, 650 . 00
Item #2402-542-62 . 4- 04404 Project Inspection 1, 900 . 00
Item #2402-542-62 . 5- 04404 Construction 59, 035 . 00
Item #2402-542 -62 . 6- 04404 Contingency 1, 900 . 00
TOTAL $70 , 842 . 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds ,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items , as set forth above .
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd of July, A.D. 1983.
