RESOLUTION NO. 211 -1983
WHEREAS , it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982- 83 to
account for unanticipated funds received from other governmental
agencies , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously passed Resolution No. 091-1983 , and said Board
now desires to rescind said resolution, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
1. That Resolution No . 091-1983 is hereby rescinded.
2 . That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1982- 83, be, and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $4, 906. 98 as follows :
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982- 83, an item to be known as Item #335 . 710 Boating
Improvements , which said item shall contain the sum of
$4906 . 98.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Key
Colony Beach Boating Improvements Expenditures" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1982- 83.
Item #001-093900-572516-0 Advertising $ 105 . 20
Item #001-093900-572620-0 Capital Improvements $4, 801. 78
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds ,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items , as set forth above.
