RESOLUTION NO. 217 -1983
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Airport
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83 to account
for unanticipated funds received from other governmental agencies,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Airport Fund of Monroe County Budget for the
year 1982-83, be, and the same is hereby increased by the sum of
$640,796.00 as follows:
(1) There is here by created under "Revenue" in the Ai rport
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83,
items to be known as Item #2404-331.410-03707 FAA AIPOl,
$607,070.00, and Item #2404-334.400-03707, DOT AIPOl,
$33,726.00, which said items shall contain the sum of
$640,796.00.
(2) The following Increase IS hereby authorized under "Ex-
penditures" in the Airport Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982-83.
Item #2405-542-62.10-3707 Administration 4,720.00
Item #2405-542-62.20-3707 Preliminary Exp. 9,500.00
Item #2405-542-62.30-3707 Basic A & E 37,380.00
Item #2405-542-62.40-3707 Other A & E 9,500.00
Item #2405-542-62.50-3707 Project Inspection 19,000.00
Item #2405-542-62.60-3707 Construction 533,997.00
Item #2405-542-62.70-3707 Contingency 26,699.00
TOTAL $640,796.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
