RESOLUTION NO. 219-1983
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, BEVERLY A, NAGY has requested that the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve for record
a plat known as "STILLBEACH, a Rep1at of Lots 49 & 50, Block 3,
'Amended and Extended Plat Matecumbe Ocean - Bay Sub'd.' Sec. One,
P.B. 2, Pg. 96 and Lot 1, Block 4 'Matecumbe Ocean View', P.B. 4,
Pg. 102 together with Adjacent Sub-land T.I.I.F. Deed No. 22,155
Section 15, Township 64 South, Range 36 East, Lower Matecumbe Key,
Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "STILLBEACH, a Rep1at of
Lots 49 & 50, Block 3, 'Amended and Extended Plat Matecumbe Ocean _
Bay Sub'd.' See, One, P,B. 2, Pg. 96 and Lot 1, Block 4 'Matecumbe
Ocean View', P,B. 4, Pg. 102 together with Adjacent Sub-land T.I.I.F.
Deed No, 22,155 Section 15, Township 64 South, Range 36 East, Lower
Matecumbe Key, Monroe County, Florida", be and the same is hereby
approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
