RESOLUTION NO. 232-1983
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S
REQUEST TO HAVE THE U. S. GOVERNMENT RETURN TANK
ISLAND TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby wholeheartedly endorses and
supports the Redevelopment Agency's request to the U. S. Govern-
ment for the return of Tank Island to the Redevelopment Agency.
2. The Clerk of said Board is hereby instructed to send
copies of this resolution to the appropriate parties.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of August, 1983.
