RESOLUTION NO. 133 -1983
A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PUBLISHING IN THE
VARIOUS NEWSPAPERS IN THIS COUNTY NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARINGS HELD IN SAID COUNTY AND
SPECIFYING WHEREIN SAID NOTICES SHALL APPEAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNTY COMMISSION OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Public hearings had in this County shall be advertised,
not only in a newspaper of general circulation as required by law,
but also shall be advertised in the newspaper located in the area
in which said public hearing is to be conducted. The three news-
papers herein referred to are The Keynoter, The Reporter, and The
Key West Citizen.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, held on the 29th day of
April, A.D. 1983.
