RESOLUTION NO. 1983
WHEREAS, OCEAN REEF, a Florida Corporation, has requested that
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record a plat known as "CARD SOUND POINT II" a replat of tract
"D" of "OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 3" , as recorded in Plat Book 4 , page 91 ,
and lying in the northwest one quarter of Section 7 , Township 59 South,
Range 41 East , and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds , in Key Largo , Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS , the said plat conforms with all of the plat filing
rules and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as CARD SOUND POINT II , a replat
of tract "D" of "OCEAN REEF PLAT NO . 3" , as recorded in Plat Book 4 ,
Page 91 , and lying in the northwest one quarter of Section 7 , Township
59 South, Range 41 East , and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds , in Key Largo , Monroe County, Florida, be and the
same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of
said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval
of said plat.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 21st day of January, A.D . 1983 .
