RESOLUTION NO . 044 -1983
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERSHOF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND HENRY NAUBEREIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF - COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute
a Personal Services Agreement by and between the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Henry Naubereit, a
copy of same being attached hereto .
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida , at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 18th day of February, A.D . 1983 .

PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT .
This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Board
of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Henry
Naubereit this. 18th day of February , A:D. 1983 .
Witnesseth:
WHEREAS , the Board is desirous of employing Mr. Henry Naubereit
as its translator consultant , and
WHEREAS , the said Henry Naubereit is highly qualified by
education and work experience to undertake and complete the Monroe
County Translator System and .act as coordinator and advisor to
the Board toward that end, and act as the representative of the
Translator Board in everyday matters concerning the contractor ,
Electronic Missiles and Communications , Inc. , and
WHEREAS , the said Henry Naubereit is desirous of being so
engaged to provide the Board such personal services, • novr, there-
fore, •
It is mutually agreed by the undersigned as follows :
1. That Henry Naubereit shall provide the personal services
called for abovesaid and shall be compensated by the Board as
follows :
a. Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00) per month from date
hereof until termination of this contract in accordance with
paragraph 2 herein.
b. He shall be entitled to compensation for his auto-
mobile mileage and travel expenses in accordance with 'the provisions
of Monroe County for travel for employees although he shall not 'be
an emmployee, but an independent contractor. . '; •
c. He shall be entitled to telephone expense reimburse-
ment for his telephone expenses incurred in furtherance of his
duties hereunder.

2 . This agreement shall be terminated by either party giving

the other sixty (60) days advance notice in writing . . .
