Resolution 060-1983 RESOLUTION NO . 60 - 1983
WHEREAS , it is necessary to increase items under the Supplement
to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982- 83 to account for unanticipated funds received from donations , now,
therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
1 . That the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982- 83, be, and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $2 , 926 . 62 as follows :
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Supplement to
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982- 83 , an item to be known as Item #366 . 900 , Donations ,
which said item shall contain the sum of $2 , 926 . 62 .
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Expend-
itures" in the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1982- 83 .

(Local History) $2 , 251 . 62
Item #002- 260000-571461-0 Maintenance of Buildings $ 500 . 00
Item #022-260000-571662-0 Donations Subscriptions
other $ 175 . 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds , he is here-
by authorized and directed to place said funds in said items , as set
forth above .
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 4th day
of March, A.D . 1983 .
