RESOLUTION NO. 110-1981
RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR DONATION OF
PAINTING BY MR. PHILLIPS TO BE PLACED IN THE COURT-
ROOM IN THE PLANTATION KEY GOVERNMENTAL CENTER.
WHEREAS, Mr. Phillips presented the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, with a painting which he
graciously donated for the purpose of beautifying the Courtroom
area of the Plantation Key Governmental Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, does hereby wish to express its appreciation and gratitude
to Mr, Phillips for his generosity, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, hereby wishes to publicly express its appreciation and
and gratitude to Mr. Phillips for his donation of a painting and
hereby direct that said painting be placed in the Courtroom facilities
of the Plantation Key Governmental Center, Plantation Key, Monroe
County, Florida.
2. That the Clerk of said Board is hereby directed to send
a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Phillips.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of April, A.D. 1981.
