RESOLUTION NO. 140 - 1981
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONORE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND THE DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING TREMINATION DATE OF AGREE-
MENT DATED OCTOBER 21, 1980.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida IS hereby authorized to execute an Amendment
to Agreement by and between the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, and the District School Board of Monroe
County, Florida, a copy of same being attached hereto, for changing
termination date of Agreement dated October 21, 1980.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19t:h
day of May, A.D. 1981.
