Resolution 177-1981RESOLUTION NO. 177-1981 RESOLUTION ADOPTING COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE SAME. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C0MMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. That the Board does hereby approve and adopt County Administrative Orders, a copy of same being attached hereto. 2. That the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to execute said Administrative Orders. Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of June, A.D. 1981. BOX 0 Administrative Order Effective: June 16, Policy As allowed by State Public Records Law, the Board of County Commissioners may enact a fee for Photocopying of public documents for an amount not to exceed the actual cost to the County of making the copies. The fee shall include all County departments. Procedure With the exception of the Press and all Government agencies, the public will be charged fifteen cents(15�) per page after the first complimentary page. BOX Administrative Order #1-20 Effective:- June 16, 1981 Policy It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners that the County Administrator may assign County ` vehicles on a twenty-four(24) hour basis to employees. Procedure The County Administrator, all Department Heads, and employees subject to twenty-four(24) hour call are automatically assigned County vehicles on a 24-hour basis. BOX 'e Administrative Order..#1-21 Effective: June:16, 1981 Employee Indentification Card Policy All County employees will be issued an Identification (ID) Card. Procedure The Personnel Department will prepare the Card while the new employee is being processed. The Card will be issued following successful completion of his/her physical examination. Upon employment termination, for whatever reason, it is the responsibility of the Department Head to retrieve an employees ID Card. The ID Card must be sent to the Personnel Department with the Personnel Action form which terminates the employee. If an employee claims to have lost the card and is unable to surrender it, a signed, notarized statement must be sent to the Personnel Department in'lieu of the ID Card. The cost of the Cards will be borne by the Personnel Department and included in its budget. i Kermit H. A Department Head should not request vacation leave for the same period of time as a key member of his staff.
