RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 205-1981
CONCERNING THE WINDLEY KEY QUARRIES.
~~iEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously passed Resolution No. 205-1981, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said resolution,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 205-1981 is hereby
rescinded.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Honroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 11th day of August, 1981.
