RESOLUTION NO.321A-1981
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEGOTIATION
OF LOANS AND INTEREST RATES ON THE
SAID LOANS FROM BOULEVARD BANK FOR
VARIOUS SPECIAL TAXING OR BENEFIT
DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, on July 15, 1980, authorized the borrowing of certain
sums of money from Boulevard Bank for the use of Special Taxing
or Benefit Districts I-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 3, 4-A, 4-B, and 6, and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution Numbers 290-1980 and 174-1981, the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, did ad-
just the interest rate on the said loans, and,
WHEREAS, the principal balances due on the said loans have
been reduced as the result of payments made by the County to the
Boulevard Bank, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
The County is hereby authorized to issue Tax Anticipation
Warrants to Boulevard Bank for repayment of the principal balances
due on loans authorized by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, on July 15, 1980, the said balances to be
paid from ad valorem taxes received from the said Special Taxing
or Benefit Districts for the fiscal year 1981-82, and is further
authorized to adjust the interest payable on the said balances to
nine and one half percent (9~%) per annum.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting of said Board held on

principal sum of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($21,000.00)
together with interest thereon from date until paid at the rate of
NINE AND ONE-HALF PER CENT (9}2/~) per annum payable on or before the
31st day of October, 1982, payable out of tax proceeds levied for the
year 1981-82 or other revenues. Should it become necessary to collect
this note upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's
fees for making such collection, including costs and attorney's fees
in appellate courts.
This note was duly authorized by Resolution of the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, duly passed and
adopted at a meeting of said Board of County Commissioners held on
