RESOLUTION NO. 351 -1981
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT,
TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THAT CERTAIN
CONTRACT DATED THE 17TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, A.D. 1981,
BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACME SERVICES UNLIMITED,
INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE HUNICIPAL SERVICE
DISTRICT, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, as the Governing Body of the Municipal
Service District, is hereby authorized to approve and execute
an Addendum to that certain contract dated the 17th day of Novem-
ber, A.D. 1981, by and between the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, and Acme Services Unlimited, Inc., a
copy of same being attached hereto.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, as the Governing Body of the Municipal
Service District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
1st day of December, A.D. 1981.

WITNESSETH, That whereas the parties entered that certain
contract dated the 17th day of November, A.D. 1981, by and between
the BOARD OF COUNTY CO~1ISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party
of [he first part, and ACHE SERVICES UNLIllITED, INC., party of
the second part, and they do hereby agree to this addendu thereto,
now
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of Ten Dollars 1n
hand paid by the par:y of the second part to the party of the first
part, said Contract is amended by the enclosed addendum thereto,
to-wit;
1. That in addition to the terms and conditions set forth
1n the contract document dated the 17th day of November, A.D. 1981,
the party of the second part does hereby agree to indemnify in de-
tail the party of the first part for any claim, liability or any
loss of any sort occasioned by all the transactions contemplated by
said contract. The parties agree that it is not restrictive in any
fashion as concerns an indemnification because of the nature of
the material and objects to be delivered by the party of the second
part to the incinerator o\med, controlled and operated by the party
of the first part.
2. That in all other regards the contract entered into on
the 17th day of November, A.D. 1981, remains in full force and
effect.
