RESOLUTION NO. 356 -1981
WHEREAS, OCEAN REEF CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation, has
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record a plat known as "SUNRI SE CAY I I OCEAN
REEF PLAT NO. 15, a replat of tracts "B" and "D", portions of
tracts "E", "H" and Cardinal Lane, "SUNRISE CAY OCEAN REEF PLAT
NO. 15" (P.B. 7, P.20) Section 5, Township 59 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "SUNRISE CAY II OCEAN
REEF PLAT NO. 15, a replat of tracts "B" and "D", portions of
tracts "E", "H" and Cardinal Lane, "SUNRISE CAY OCEAN REEF PLAT
NO. 15" (P.B.7, P.20) Section 5, Township 59 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida" be and the same IS hereby ap-
proved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 15th day of December, A.D. 1981.
