RESOLUTION NO,360 -1981
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE DESIGNATION TOW AWAY
ZONE IN THE PARKING LOT LEASED BY MONROE COUNTY
FOR THE OFFICES OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER OFF
FLEMING STREET IN KEY WEST, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the Commission has the power under Section 11-2 (b)
of the Monroe County Code to dsignate tow away zones, and,
WHEREAS, the problems caused by unauthorized users of park-
ing spaces in the lot reserved to the Office of the Public Defender
off Fleming Street in Key West, Monroe County, Florida, have
reached proportions requiring the designation of such a zone,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that the above described area be and hereby
is designated as a tow away zone under the provisions of Section
11-2 (b) of the Monroe County Code, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works
is hereby directed to procure and erect such signs as may be
necessary and proper under the provisions of the Ordinance,
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
of December, A,D. 1981,
