RESOLUTION NO. 376 - 1981
WHEREAS, the Manager of the Municipal Service District and the
Tax Collector have agreed to act in concert to process and determine
special assessment tax roll for garbage and trash collection, and
WHEREAS, a new revised contract relating to the same was pre-
sented to the County Attorney and presented to the Monroe County Com-
mission at a meeting held on November 17, 1981, which said contract has
not been passed as of the time but the same in November being approved,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That the contract between the Tax Collector and the Board of
County Commissioners be executed in order that the Tax Collector can
proceed with collecting bills on the 1982 Municipal Service District
Roll.
2. That the Municipal Service District Roll accounts receivable
be under the control of the Tax Collector in order to retain the in-
tegrity of the roll.
3. That any changes ln the roll as to additions or deletions
would be handled as set forth in Chapter 8 of the Monroe County Code;
that the changes to the Municipal Service District Roll be handled ln
the same manner as the Real Property Roll; and that final approval of
those changes be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for
approval.
4. That the Municipal Service District Manager shall upon pass-
age of this Resolution advise the Florida Computer Sciences Company or
any other contracting computer service that effective immediately any
changes in the computer programs necessary to prepare the Municipal
Service District Roll shall be in writing and signed by the Manager of
the District and the Monroe County Tax Collector.

Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 15th
day of December, A.D. 1981.
