RESOLUTION NO. 379 -1981
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13-1981
WHICH APPROVED THE LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF
FLORIDA AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER CORP. D/B/A
PRO AIR SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the Lessee, International Transfer Corp. d/b/a Pro
Air Service, has requested a cancellation of said lease effective
November 3, 1981, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~~ISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
The Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
be and they do hereby cancel and nullify that certain lease dated
27th day of January, A.D. 1981 entered into by and between the
aforesaid County and International Transfer Corp. d/b/a Pro Air
Service, to be effective instanter.
Passsed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
of December, A.D. 1981.
