RESOLUTION NO. 3 - 198\
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING WILLIAM PATRICK AS INDIVIDUAL
AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF
COUNTY ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, by the terms of House Bill 3557 enacted into
law in the 1976 Legislative Session, any Monroe County Building
and Zoning Enforcement Official designated by resolution of the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County may issue cita-
tions for violations of any Monroe County Ordinance, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the following
persons are qualified by reason of training and experience to
issue said citations, and the Board is desirous of authorizing
them to issue citations for violations, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That William Patrick, Monroe County Building and Zoning
Official, shall be authorized to issue citations for violations
of any Monroe County Ordinance in accordance with the requirements
of law.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward certified copies of this resolution to the members of
the Judiciary, 16 Judicial Circuit; and to the Honorable Kirk
Zuelch, State Attorney.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, this 13th day of January, 1981.
