RESOLUTION NO. 70 -1981
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ERNEST VINCENT YOUNG, JR. AS
INDIVIDUAL AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR VIOLA-
TIONS OF COUNTY ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, by the terms of House Bill 3557 enacted into law in
the 1976 Legislative Session, any Monroe County Building and Zoning
Enforcement Official designated by resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, may issue citations for
violations of any Monroe County Ordinance, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the following person
is qualified by reason of training and experience to issue said
citations, and the Board is desirous of authorizing him to lssue
citations for violations, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Ernest Vincent Young, Jr" Monroe County Building
and Zoning Official, shall be authorized to issue citations for vio1a-
tions of any Monroe County Ordinance in accordance with the require-
ments of law.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward
certified copies of this resolution to the members of the Judiciary,
16th Judicial Circuit; and to the Honorable Kirk ~ue1ch, State
Attorney.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
24th day of March, A.D. 1981.
