RESOLUTION NO. 558 -1989
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors District 1 Lower and Middle
K~S Fire and Ambulance, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
200-0634 (c), Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on
September 22, 1989, at 5:05 P.M. at Courtroom B, Monroe County
Courthouse Annex, 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Florida, to
amend and adopt a Final Millage Rate for District 1 Lower and
Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance District for Fiscal Year 1989-90,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF DISTRICT 1 LOWER
AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE, that a millage rate of 1.6251
Mills be adopted as the Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1989-
90, and is hereby adopted:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County
Administrator of said Board, is hereby directed to certify the
above final millage to the Tax Collector.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District 1
Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance, at a meeting of said
Board held on the 22nd day of September, A. D. 1989.
