WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Flo.rida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200-0634 (c),

Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 22,
1989, at 5:05 P.M. at Courtroom B, Monroe County Courthouse
Annex, 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Florida, to amend and
adopt a Final Millage Rate for each County Fund for Fiscal Year
1989-90, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following Millages be adopted as
the Final Millage Rate
for Fiscal Year 1989-90, and is hereby
adopted as follows:
General Revenue Fund

Fine & Forfeiture Fund

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the aggregate millage be adopted as
the Final Aggregate Millage rate as 6.3713 for Fiscal Year 1989-
90 which is 7.1% over the rolled-back millage rate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County
Administrator of said Board, is hereby directed to certify the
above Adopted Final Millages to the Tax Collector.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
22nd day of September, A. D. 1989.
