RESOLUTION NO. 51~1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMl-lIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
FOR ACTIVE RECREATION THE DEDICATION OF THE
PARK IN BAY POINT SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON THE
AMENDED PLAT OF BAY POINT SUBDIVISION IN PLAT
BOOK 3, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to use the park located in Bay Point Subdivision
for recreational purposes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLOIRDA, that the Board hereby accepts for active
recreation the offer of dedication of the park in Bay Point
Subdivision as shown on the Amended Plat of Bay Point Subdivision
in Plat Book 3, Page 75 of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of the Board held on
the 30th day of August, 1989.
