Presentation of selected areas of the GIS based digital aerial photography contracted through FOOT and
Woolpert, Inc.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
The County signed an inter local agreement with FOOT to complete color digital ortho photography of the
entire Florida Keys. Flights to complete the photography were undertaken in February and digital data is being
processed currently to create a highly accurate and very detailed photogrametric layer for the County's GIS
system. The firm completing the photography for FOOT is Woolpert, Inc. Woo I pert will be making a short
presentation to demonstrate the accuracy, quality, and future benefits that the photography will provide.
